Design Notes

This sequence was taken from the yeast genome, from behind the STE2 gene. It was intended to be a bidirectional stop, but unfortunately, due to an error in the design, ended up being a 123bp unidirectional stop. It has not been tested and its ability to terminate transcription is unknown.
